  1. Oily fishes esp for Omega 3 fatty acids. -Salmon, Mackerel, Tuna, Sardine

  2. Nori (Seaweed)

  3. Hechima (Cucumber-like gourd)

  4. Cabbage, Carrots

  5. Onions

  6. Soy sprouts

  7. Soy beans

  8. Sweet potato

  9. Peppers

  10. Teas: Dandellion tea, Sanpin-cha (Jasmine tea), Chinese tea etc.

  11. Goya (Bitter Melon)
