Communication is very important in relationships. Whether it is with oneself or with someone else. But is communication only through words? No. Certainly not.

 

We are conscious human beings. We have so much potential within us. Inside each one of us. We can communicate with all the senses.

 

Eye gazing is where you sit together looking at each other, being in the moment. It's a communication beyond words, or any particular senses. It's better to stay SILENT.

 

Embrace the moment. You can speak through vibrations. 

Many people find it awkard to make eye contact with a stranger initially. But gradually a connection happens. Just don't hold it back. Let it go.
