You want to do something. Sounds like a flat statement? Well, it depends on the intensity with which you are backing it up.
It starts with your “why?”.
This one answer helps you get started, helps you to put the extra effort, to do things in a different way, to figure out a different and new perspective, to go on when the obstacles seem insurmountable.
Many fail in the middle. From the inception of the idea to the execution with efficiency require many things e.g. attitude, skills, behavior, thoughts etc.
But the why pushes you to achieve that goal. Does it require self-discipline? Yes. Is it hard? Depends on many factors.
But when you set challenging goal you are improving your self-esteem first by thinking that you are worthy, second by pushing your limits in the process. And last but not the least, embracing the journey blended with the achievement.
So set goals that makes you do the extra effort. Familiarity and comfort zone are so boring. It’s when we get out of it, the real deal starts.
