Breathing
The very existence of yours depends on breathing. The moment you focus on your breathing you are aware of yourself. That's the beginning.

Six Healing sounds and movements
It involves the coordination of movements, breathing and pronouncing sounds with an aim to achieve harmony and inner peace.

Xu - "shh" With a deep sigh, associated with liver
He - "her" With a yawn, associated with the heart
Si - "sir" With a slow exhale, associated with the lungs
Chui - "chwee" with a forceful exhale, associated with the kidneys
Hoo - "who", associated with the spleen
Xi - "she", connects the whole body

According to Chinese tradition:

In Spring, breathe xu for clear eyes and so wood can aid your liver
In Summer, reach for he, so that heart and fire can be at peace
In Fall, breathe si to stabilize and gather metal, keeping the lungs moist
For the kidneys, breathe chui to see your inner waters calm
The triple heater needs your xi to expel all heat and troubles
In all four seasons, take deep breaths so your spleen can process food
Preserve your divine ELIXIR..

If you want to focus only on breathing, create that awareness. Then align with the movements. Let Go..

Wanna try?
Go to a silent place. Relax your mind. Slow down the breathing. Count from 1 to 10 focusing on the breathing.
You might feel some irritation. Relax. Do belly or diaphragmatic breathing.
If it feels sporadic, try to take a deep breath and observe the subtle traversing path of your breath.

No hurry. No worry. Just be in the moment. You and your breaths.
