How often we take our smelling sense for granted? When did you last smell the organic fragrance of a flower or herb? How a fragrance from the bottle or someone else's body appeal to our senses?
What should we think of applying a fragrance to our own body?
Concentration. Intensity. Longevity. These are the three things we mainly look for. There is something called "Notes" or "Accords"

Concentration:
You might have heard of these names..
●Eau de Parfum
●Eau de Toilette
●Eau de Cologne
According to concentration percentage:
1. Parfum or Extrait - 15-40%
2.Esprit de parfum(ESdP) - 15-30%
3.Eau de parfum/ Parfum de toilette(EdP) - 10-20% Millesime.
4. Eau de toilette(EdT) - 5-15%
5. Eau de cologne(EdC) - 3-8%
6. Eau fraiche - Splases. Mists. Veils. <=3%
These notes mix with the natural oils of the body to change the fragrance.
Top – Sharp and Fresh. Tease and go. Citruses, Bergamot, Lime. Eucalyptus, Sage.
Heart – Emerges few minutes after. 4-6 Hours. Pine, Lavender, Geranium, Pepper. Seawater, Sandalwood, Jasmine.
Base – Foundation of Sexual Architecture. Depth and Solidity. Rich and deep. Emerges after an hour or so.
Evaporates slowly. Sensual, Spicy, Woody. Sandalwood, Patchouli, Clove. Vanilla, Rose. Tobacco, Amber, Musk.
Top and middle are influenced by Base notes.

Oriental, Spicy, Woody, Floral, Aquatic, Green, Fruity, Citrus
Oriental, spicy, woody - Mystery.
Floral, aquatic, green, fruity, citrus - Lighter.
Floral, oriental, Woody, aromatic fougere - Fresh
Elements:
● Essential oils/ Aroma compounds
● Fixatives
● Solvents
e.g. Ethanol. Ethyl Alcohol.
Ultimately what we look for is the Symphony of fragrance.
