Naturopathy

Self-healing. Natural. Non-invasive. This is based on "Vitalism" or "Folk medicine". Many people call it "Pseudo-science" or "Alternative Medicine". Some argue that it works on "Placebo effect". Some who have benefited from it vouch for it.

Some of the main methods:

  • Reflexology

  • Massage therapy

  • Nature Cures

  • Herbalism

  • Homeopathy

  • Acupuncture

  • Color Therapy

  • Psychotheraphy

  • Ozone therapy and so on

Nature Cures

Nature cures mainly consist of exposure to natural elements. Sunshine, Fresh air, Heat or Cold etc. A walk in the park with naked feet can do so much. Needless to say that having the right healthy diet is always beneficial. For more regarding diet, Visit the ABLOG or search "diet" in the search bar.

We organize occasional Nature Retreats. Keep in touch for more info.

Reflexology

Reflexology, aka Zone Therapy. is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the specific points of the feet, hands, and ears. It’s based on a theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems. The crux is: We apply pressure in some point that affects something else. In the right, we see the points in our feet.

You might feel tender feet, emotional sensitivity after doing this. Reflexology is very helpful in quick pain and stress relief. Breathing is very important. If you are under treatment, feel free to consult a doctor before using this.

The core method is related to the flow of vital life energy or Qi. It removes energy blockages, helps promote energy balance. For more see TCM or The power of touch.
