At least five servings of fruits and vegetables.
Average of eighteen different foods each day.
7 types at least on daily basis.
The Rainbow Diet . Vegetables of different color.
Peepers, Carrots, Spinach, Cauliflower, Eggplant, Legumes.
Broccoli, Chard
Tofu
Citrus fruits e.g. grapefruits, oranges, lemons
Strawberries and apricots
Berries e.g. blueberries, gojiberries
Dried fruits
Grain (Whole grain)
Olive oil
Wine . Red wine and other alcohol in moderation.
Miso soup
Anti-oxidant rich foods to remove the free radicals. e.g. Green tea.
Consuming fewer calories with high nutritional value. These can be called “Superfoods”
