Daytime compartments. Strategic time-blocking. These have been buzz words around for some years.
Take an action. An event. That takes time and energy.
Time * Energy/time = Energy.
The total energy taken in doing that event.
E.A.T. – Energy. Attention. Time.
Attention requires focus. Energy goes where focus goes.
If we disrupt focus repeatedly, we lose it. We bring it back. We focus it again. That uses excess energy. Mostly wasted.
Rather if you are in flow, you can get more done in less time and more focused attention.
Mind and Body does a tango. Sometimes leading, sometimes following. But after a while, with experience, we reach homeostasis i.e. balance.
At one time, you can put your energy either in one event or in multiple events. Events mean activities.
So, saying “yes” to the less important is equal to saying “no” to the important.
Then comes prioritization. We’ll talk about that.
But till then,

Because, life is fleeting and..
“Happiness is your BIRTHRIGHT.”
