It starts with a thought. Thoughts are energy. Action creates behaviors. Behaviors become habits. Changing thoughts can lead to changing behaviors. The will power to change thoughts is the crux. The Why? Many say that, it takes 21 days to form a new habit. Studies say that it can be done in less no. Of days with increased concentration. Repetition and subconscious programming are crucial. Discipline is the reason we stay on track. But, many people fail to build a new habit because of several reasons.
For example,
Lack of progress
Missing the bigger picture
Negative criticism
Nonsensical weight on conscience
Vortex of derogatory thoughts
And so many..
Excuses and alibis are the reasons we fail.
So, the most important thing is coming back to the track after veering away. Intensity of emotions should be used constructively to reprogram the subconscious mind.
